This top Florida law firm's Miami office is 
looking for an insolvency associate with 2+ 
years of experience. Experience with 
restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, 
including bankruptcy litigation is 
preferred. Candidate must have strong 
writing and research skills, and be able to 
work independently as well as be a team 
player. Candidate should also be a member of 
the Florida Bar or willing to sit for next 
examination.
