need of a corporate and securities associate 
for its Orlando office. Successful candidate 
will have 2 to 3 years of general corporate 
experience, as well as solid academics and 
well-developed research, writing, analytical 
and advocacy skills. Expertise in finance 
and commercial litigation a plus. Major law 
firm experience preferred.
