Paralegal Job in Houston, TX

Boutique plaintiff's personal 
injury/commercial litigation firm located in 
the Galleria is looking for a paralegal with 
experience working on mass tort and personal 
injury (medical malpractice, car/truck 
accidents, premises liability, etc.) cases. 
The ideal candidate has at least four years 
of experience at a plaintiff's law firm, can 
work flexible hours and will have previously 
used the Needles software program. 

Duties will include assisting with phones, 
database management, some accounting, office 
management, trial preparation, drafting and 
editing documents, managing case files, 
maintaining calendar for all attorneys, and 
overall, ensuring the office moves smoothly. 
This is a very busy position that requires 
juggling many tasks and deadlines, so 
candidates must possess a strong work ethic, 
be detail-oriented, and able to prioritize 
and manage time efficiently with minimal 
instruction.
